With strong focus on constant self-improvement through rigorous training of both the mind and body, it encourages students to push the boundaries, gain insight and achieve goals. Our dojo is a Kyokushin school that is progressive 

while being very firmly grounded in Japanese Budo tradition, culture and core teachings.
